The Corps will be conducting Mobile Recruitment at Tarlac, Isabela and Tuguegarao by the 3rd week of July 2022. AFPSAT Examinations, Neuropsychological Screening, and other examinations will take place in these areas for the Mobile Recruitment. Registration is open until 30 June 2022.

- Completed the K-12 or at least 72 units in college (preferably technical courses) or TESDA NCII for old curriculum high school graduates
- At least 5’0 (60 inches) in height
- Must have no tattoo
Requirements for Marine Basic Course (MBC)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- K-12 Diploma/TESDA Diploma
- Transcript of Records
- 2×2 Picture (white background)
- Duly accomplished application form
Qualifications for Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
- At least 20 years old but not a day older than 25 years old on the date of admission
- Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen and of good moral character
- Single, never been married, and has no child of his/her own
- Graduate of a 4-year baccalaureate degree (preferably technical course)
- At least 5’0 but not more than 6’4″ in height
- Must have no tattoo
Requirements for Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
- PSA Birth Certificate
- College Diploma
- Transcript of Records
- 2×2 Picture (white background)

Qualifications for Special Enlistment Applicants
- At least 18 years old but not older than 30 years old. The birthdate must be after November 1991.
- Single, never been married and has no child of his/her own
- At least 5’0 feet tall
- No Tattoo
- Must have any of the following Skills/Competencies:
- Graduate of I.T. related Courses
- Graduate of Finance/Accounting related Courses
- Graduate of Electronic/Robotic/Computer/Mechanical Engineering Courses
- Is a Heavy Equipment Operator/Mechanic
- Musician. (Lead Guitarist, Base Guitarist, Trumpet, Percussionist, Drum Player)
