Track and Intensity Outlook
- Typhoon Ofel: Expected to exit the PAR region this afternoon, then move northward over the sea west of Batanes and may re-enter the PAR region before heading northeast towards southern Taiwan. It will continue weakening due to unfavorable conditions.
- Severe Tropical Storm Pepito: Forecast to intensify to a typhoon within 12 hours and could reach super typhoon status by November 16. Landfall over Central or Southern Luzon is expected over the weekend, bringing violent conditions to coastal areas.
