PAGASA: Typhoon “Quinta” to Exit the PAR this Morning
The eye of Typhoon “Quinta” was located at 605 km West of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro or 305 km North Northeast of Pag-asa Island, Palawan at 4:00 AM today (Tuesday), October 27, 2020.
On the latest Severe Weather Bulletin issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at 5:00 AM today, it was reported that “Quinta” continues to move westward over the West Philippine Sea North of Kalayaan Islands.
Furthermore, according to PAGASA, the typhoon is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility this morning and it is expected to further intensify over the West Philippine Sea and reach its peak intensity within 24 hours.
Note that this broadcast is valid only until the next advisory which is to be issued by PAGASA at 11:00 AM today.
