BGHMC Threshold Reached; Limits Emergency Cases Admission

The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) has announced on Saturday, January 23, 2021, that they will be limiting admission to emergency cases.

According to an advisory released through their official Facebook page, BGHMC has reached their threshold number regarding the number of severe to critical COVID-19 cases they are currently attending to.

Because of this, the hospital has announced that they will be limiting their admissions for emergency cases. They have also announced temporary suspension to elective surgery admissions as they adapt to measures to address the accommodation of both COVID and non-COVID cases.
