- Sea Conditions: Very rough seas (up to 8 meters) along the seaboards of Luzon and parts of Visayas. Sea travel is highly discouraged.

Kristine is forecast to move west-northwest, crossing Northern Luzon today and exiting the Philippine Area of Responsibility by tomorrow afternoon.
