Most Parts of PH to Experience Rainshowers Today

In the 4:00 AM weather advisory of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) today, February 15, 2021 (Monday), most parts of the country will experience rainshowers due to the Tail-end of a Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas, and the Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.

Due to the Tail-end of a Frontal System, cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced in the following:

• Visayas
• Zamboanga Peninsula
• Northern Mindanao

The following  places will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon:

• Ilocos Region
• Cordillera Administrative Region
• Cagayan Valley
• Bicol Region
• Aurora
• Quezon

The Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in the following areas:

• Metro Manila
• Rest of Luzon

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the localized thunderstorm will be experienced over:

• The rest of the country
