Leon intensified into a Super Typhoon as is moves closer to North Luzon
As of the latest update, Typhoon Leon has intensified into a Super Typhoon and is currently located 360 km east of Calayan, Cagayan. This powerful storm now carries maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near its center, with gusts reaching up to 230 km/h.
