Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Baguio City, Benguet, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, and Abra due toTS/Southwest Monsoon. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southeast to Northeast will prevail over Baguio City and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
Tropical Storm Watch:
At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “LEON” (NOUL) was estimated
based on all available data at 215 km West Northwest of Coron, Palawan (12.8°N, 118.4°E)
with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80
km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting
Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
