By RCBC to Waive InstaPay Fees Starting July 2026
Starting July 4, 2026, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) will waive InstaPay fees for customers transferring money to other local banks. This offer is available through the RCBC Pulz app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
The waiver applies to the first 30 InstaPay transfers per month, provided each transfer meets a minimum amount of ₱100. This initiative aims to make banking more accessible and cost-effective for RCBC customers.
RCBC is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and deposits are insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) up to ₱1 million per depositor. Customers are encouraged to take advantage of this offer by downloading the RCBC Pulz app and enjoying seamless, fee-free transactions.
