TS “Crising” Maintains Strength, Moves North Northwest Toward Cagayan–Babuyan Islands

Tropical Storm Crising continues to move north northwest toward mainland Cagayan and the Babuyan Islands. Wind Signals No. 1 and 2 remain raised over much of Northern and Central Luzon, with heavy rains, gusty winds, and dangerous sea conditions expected.

Tropical Storm Crising is maintaining its strength while tracking north northwest toward the Cagayan-Babuyan Islands area. As of 2:00 PM, July 18, 2025, the system poses threats of heavy rainfall, severe winds, possible storm surges, and hazardous seas over Northern Luzon. Residents are urged to remain alert and monitor official advisories.

  • Up to 4.5 m: Northern Ilocos Norte, remaining seaboards of Cagayan, seaboard of Isabela
