Tropical Storm Marce has slightly intensified as it moves west-northwestward over the Philippine Sea. Currently positioned east of Eastern Samar, Marce is expected to bring rains and strong winds to parts of Northern Luzon in the coming days.

- Marce is expected to intensify gradually, reaching severe tropical storm status by tomorrow, with potential to develop into a typhoon by tomorrow evening or early Wednesday.
