SLU To Open Online Admission Application for Incoming Freshmen AY 2022-2023; Here are the Guidelines

The Saint Louis University College Admissions Committee has released on Wednesday the online freshmen application guidelines for the incoming academic year 2022-2023.

According to the announcement, the online application for admission will start on April 1, 2022. The application portal will not open before the said date.

Steps for SLU Online Application for Admission

For interested students who would like to study at Saint Louis University, here are the guidelines to follow for application on April 1, 2022.

1. 1. To start your application, please log in to SLU’s website i2.slu.edu.ph/newapplication
   2. Click on the New Applicant icon.
   3. Once you get into the application page, supply all needed and complete information. Once done, click Next.
   4. After clicking, you will be led to the “Educational Background” tab. From the dropdown menu for “Schools”, choose from the list the Senior High School you are enrolled in. If your school is not on the list, please choose “Other Schools.” After which, click the dropdown menu for the “Strands” and choose the strand you are currently enrolled in or graduated from.
   5. Next, choose the Course/Program you are applying for at Saint Louis University. Please be informed that if the Course/Program does not appear in the list, the said course is possibly not available or open for your SHS Strand.
   6. Click the “Submit” button. Your Application Number and Password will appear on your screen. Please ensure to remember your application number and password. You may take a screenshot of these for future reference.
   7. Proceed immediately to log into your iSLU portal account using your Application Number and Password.
   8. Double-check your personal details before proceeding with your payment.
   9. Proceed with your payment of Php350.00 using Dragonpay. Under option “a” of the ADMISSION PROCESSING FEE, click “pay here” beside Dragonpay. The applicant may choose among a wide variety of payment options through Dragonpay. You may pay via online banking or over-the-counter with Dragonpay partner banks. Payment is also accepted through Bayad Center, SM Department Store/Supermarket bills payment, and other partner collection agencies. Dragonpay charges a minimal amount of P25.00 as a convenience fee.

1. After completing your payment, log out of your iSLU portal account.
2. After three (3) SLU working days, log into your iSLU Portal Account using your Application Number and Password. If payment has been confirmed, you will now be able to upload your preliminary requirements.
   1. For first-year applicants for AY 2022-2023
      • Accomplished Principal’s Recommendation Form. Click here to download the form.
   2. For SHS Graduates of Academic Year 2020-2021 who did NOT enroll in any college or university
      • Accomplished Principal’s Recommendation Form. Click here to download the form.
      • Certificated of Non-release of Form 137a duly signed by your SHS Principal
   3. International Students
      • SHS Transcript
   4. For Non-Senior High School Graduates but are qualified for admission (e.g. ALS Graduates)
      • ALS Certification (indicating qualified for admission to college)
3. After successfully uploading your requirements, please wait for the result of your application which will be viewed on your iSLU portal starting May 16, 2022.
4. The application portal will momentarily be closed on May 17, 2022* to prepare for the May 16, 2022 target release date of Qualifiers. The said portal will reopen on May 17, 2022, except for BSN & BSMLS.
