A Saint Louis University (SLU) examinee has earned a place among the country’s topnotchers in the September 2026 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
Bella Angela Cabico Soriano of Saint Louis University ranked 3rd nationwide after obtaining a rating of 90.30 percent, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
The licensure examination was administered in several testing centers nationwide, including Baguio City.

Soriano was among the examinees who garnered the ten highest places in the September 2026 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
The examination was topped by Josemaria Ecequiel Naval Ledesma of Ateneo de Manila University-Q.C., who obtained a rating of 91.70 percent.
Pamela Cuadra Carrera of the University of the Philippines-Diliman placed second with 90.70 percent, followed by SLU’s Soriano at third with 90.30 percent.

The PRC announced that 490 out of 560 examinees passed the September 2026 Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
The examination was given by the Board of Psychology in the following testing centers:
NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
