Session Road Will be Closed on March 21
The Public Information Office (PIO) of the City of Baguio has made an announcement that Session Road will be closed to vehicular traffic on March 21, 2021 (Sunday).
The closure of Session Road will be for the continuation of the Sunday Market Showcase activity of the City Government and the Department of Trade and Industry.
On Sunday, the following will be featured:
- Women Entrepreneurs
- Local Crafts and Products
- Alfresco Dining
- Street Performers
Furthermore, for interested participants and inquiries, coordinate with:
- DTI Baguio or,
- Office of Councilor Philian Weygan-Allan

Rules and Regulations
Here are the following rules and regulations for the said activity:
Registration
- “The First Come First Serve Application Policy” shall be strictly followed;
- The applicant is required to fill out the application form with the following requirements and shall pay corresponding fees as determined by the organizers:
- Company Profile Form(Completely filled out)
- Photocopy of Business Name Certificate, SEC, DOLE, CDA
- Photocopy of Business Permit 2021, 0605, 2302, OR/Invoice
- License to Operate(LTO) for Processed Food
- Application Contract/Terms and Conditions
Booth and Booth Assignment
- Final booth assignments shall be determined by the organizers and shall be disseminated to the participants during the ingress
- Sub-leasing of the booth shall not be allowed
- Participants cannot occupy space beyond the limits of their booths
- Selling of imported products, “ukay-ukay” and items not manufactured locally will not be allowed
- All items on display should have price tags/price list/shelf tags
- Participants shall be responsible for the dressing of their respective booths
- Exhibitors shall take charge of the dismantling of props and withdrawal of products right after the closing of the fair (Egress)
Report/s
- Participants should accomplish and submit the following: SALES REPORT and Trade Fair Evaluation Form for monitoring and assessment purposes
- Participants should report post fair sales/movement of booked order to DTI every quarter after the fair
Maintenance and Health Protocols
- Compliance to “No Plastic/Styrofoam” Policy of LGU Baguio shall be strictly implemented. Each exhibitor to bring their own garbage bags for Proper Waste Disposal at the designated areas
- A maximum only of Two (2) sellers/participants are allowed per booth
- Compliance to “Wearing of face mask and face shield” shall be observed
- Health and Safety protocol signage and alcohol/disinfectant shall be displayed in the booth area
