Province of Apayao Now has a Total of 41 Confirmed Cases
Earlier this afternoon of Tuesday, September 15, 2020, the Provincial Government of Apayao has reported that the province has recorded one (1) new confirmed case of the Coronavirus Disease 2019.
One New Case in Apayao
The said new case is a 22-year old male, a Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) from Payatas, Quezon City and a resident of Cabetayan, Kabugao, Apayao. The patient is one of the four (4) active cases in the Municipality of Kabugao.
The Provincial Government of Apayao encourages individuals who had contacts and interactions with the said case in the past two weeks to coordinate with the Rural Health Unit of the municipality.
Apayao Update
As of today, the province already has a total of forty-one (41) confirmed cases which are composed of eight (8) active cases, thirty-two (32) recoveries, and one (1) fatality.
Thus, the public is reminded to stay at home, observe social distancing, wear a mask, and maintain proper hygiene.
