Mayor Magalong Orders Immediate Lockdown on Villamor St. of Lualhati Brgy. and Purok 3 of North Sanitary Camp Brgy.

To facilitate contact tracing involving the two most recent COVID-19 cases in Baguio City, the Office of the City Mayor has released a lockdown order on the following barangays:
- Villamor St. of Barangay Lualhati
- Purok 3 of Barangay North Sanitary Camp
In an earlier report today, two of the three latest COVID-19 cases of Baguio City are from the two barangays. The 46-year-old female is from Lualhati Barangay while a 57-year-old male is a resident of North Sanitary Camp.
As per Memorandum 122, series of 2020, the said locations are therefore placed on immediate lockdown, effective today until further notice.
As a result of the lockdown, the following will be implemented:
- Home Quarantine Pass / Mall and Market Schedule Cards are suspended
- Residents may access basic needs through the barangay satellite market or available rolling stores or they could coordinate with their barangay officials.
- Exit and Entry to these areas are restricted to APOR’s and those with medical emergencies.
