How to Process Business Permit in Baguio City
To avoid crowding at the City Hall One-Stop-Shop, the processing of business permits starting January 3, 2022, shall be as follows:
Schedule of Business Permit Processing
Payment of business permit for the Year 2022 shall be STRICTLY in accordance with these schedules. For business owners whose Family or Corporate name starts with the following:
- January – A to H
- February – I to P
- March – Q to Z and those that start with numeric or special characters
Note from the eBPLS: Please be mindful of the above schedule. Only those scheduled to renew their business permits will be entertained during the respective months. Do not waste your time trying to renew business permit when it is not your schedule. If a business owner fails to renew the business permit within the schedule, penalties, computed starting from January 1, 2022, shall be imposed.

According to eBPLS, online application/ registration on new business is encountering errors. Face-to-Face application/registration is however open at the Baguio Central School gymnasium.

- Tagged permits will be reflected in the assessment which will be available at https://ebpls.baguio.gov.ph/
- Permits shall not be printed until clearance from the office concerned is given.
Renewal of Business Permit

- Step 1- Assessment available at https://ebpls.baguio.gov.ph/
- Go to https://ebpls.baguio.gov.ph/
- Click Sign In and enter your Email and Password
- If it’s your first time using the eBPLS, Click “Don’t have an account?” and create an account
- Once you have logged in, click Business on the menu
- Enter your Business Permit Number on the textbox. Make sure to include the dashes (x-x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx). Click Preview Data and wait for the data to be generated.
- Your Business Tax Assessment will display
- Click on Print Assessment. You can present the printed assessment for payment.
- Go to https://ebpls.baguio.gov.ph/
- Step 2- Payment at the City Treasury Office
- Step 3- Have your Business Permit Printed at the Permits and Licensing Office
- Updated Barangay Business Clearance (Original)
- Updated Lease Contract/Authorization/ Certification
- Notarized Authorization Letter (if not processed by the Permittee)
- Trade Name Registration – DTI/SEC/CDA/DOLE
Retirement of Business Permit
- Present the following at the Permits and Licensing Office:
- Filled out Application for Partial/Full Retirement Form (get from PLD)
- Latest Business Permit (Original)
- Notarized Authorization Letter (if not processed by the permittee)
- Secretary’s Board Resolution (if Corporation)
- Those who need Certification, comply with the following:
- Certification Receipt (P50.00 at City Treasury Office)
- 2 Documentary Stamp (Available at Coop, City Hall, or any store)
Special Permits (Short Period)
