The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has announced on Saturday the extension of voter registration hours in the country to cater to more registrants for the upcoming 2022 Elections.

Effective Monday, August 23, 2021, the new voter registration schedule will be:

Day	Time
Mondays to Fridays*	8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays and Holidays	8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
*subject to LGU disinfection activities

NOTE: The schedule does not apply for areas that are under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) status as voter registration is suspended in these areas.
