By Baguio Christmas Village Now Open; Here’s How To Book Tickets
The Baguio Christmas Village by the Baguio Country Club is a yuletide destination that is always looked forward to by locals and non-locals of the City of Baguio. With this year’s theme of “Colours of Christmas”, its doors will be opened from October 29, 2021, to January 9, 2022.
Who can visit the Christmas Village?
As part of its health and safety protocols, the following can visit this year’s Christmas Village:
- Patrons 18 years old and above must be FULLY VACCINATED to enter the Christmas Village.
- Patrons from outside Baguio will be required to present their Triage Certificate issued by the City or QTP if through VISITA website (www.visita.baguio.gov.ph).
- All patrons must present their ID as proof of residency prior to entry together with their:
- Fully Vaccinated Card/Certificate for 18 years old and above;
- Negative Antigent or RT-PCR Test Result for 12-17 years old taken within 72 hours prior to arrival;
- and for 11 years old and below, testing is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.
BCC Christmas Village Opening Hours
Christmas Village shall initially open with eight (8) time schedules from 2 pm to 10 pm, each time schedule is one (hour) with fifteen (15) minutes elapses to allow full sanitation and disinfection of the area.

Christmas Village 2022 Registration
Looking to register or book your visit at the Baguio Country Club Christmas Village? For 2022, you do not need to register online. Baguio Country Club no longer accepts online booking for the Christmas Village for 2022. Here are the latest guidelines: Christmas Village Baguio at BCC 2022
Christmas Village 2021 Registration
Christmas Village visitors shall be required to reserve and pay their tickets online 48 hours before their intended date of visit to the Christmas Village, as follows:
- Log in to www.e-ticket.thebaguiocountryclub.com
- Click “RESERVE YOUR TICKET NOW“
- Fill in the registration form and upload the required documents
- Read the Data Privacy Notice and Terms and Condition then click “Agree and Submit“
- Pay ticket amount through GCash
- Input the received GCash Payment Reference Number and click “Submit Now”
- Slots shall be confirmed and a QR Code shall be generated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of payment
- Patrons may choose their time and day of visit online. There will be eight (8) schedules per day at one (1) per schedule on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A maximum of one hundred (100) persons shall be allowed entry per schedule.
- Patrons shall be required to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled time to avoid waiting.
- Patrons who do not show up within fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled time shall be considered Cancelled or “No Show.”
- For “No Show” patrons, their payment shall not be refunded, but they may rebook subject to availability of open slot. Booking cancellation is non-refundable but can be rebooked/re-scheduled, subject to slot availability if BCC is notified 24 hours before your reserved slot.
- Tickets will be issued upon presentation of QR Code at the Village Ticket Booth upon arrival.
Reminders
- Venue capacity is compliant with IATF’s requirements. Wearing of face mask, face shield and physical distancing shall be strictly implemented.
- Pregnant women who are not fully vaccinated and kids 2 years old and below are not allowed for health and safety reasons.
- RUBBER slippers, regardless of brand and cost, are not allowed.
- Bringing food and drinks inside the Christmas Village is not allowed.
- BCC reserves the right to close the Christmas Village during inclement weather or when it deems necessary.
- Pets on a leash are allowed.
Health and Safety Protocols
- “No Face Mask and No Face Shield, No Entry” Policy shall be strictly implemented.
- Our Health and Safety Team will check health documents and take the patron’s temperature prior to entry.
- Any patron who exhibits flu-like symptoms shall not be allowed to enter.
- 15-minute disinfection of the Christmas Village will be done every hour.
- Sanitation Stations are available in strategic areas of the Christmas Village.
- Patrons are advised to follow our directional signs and observe physical distancing at all times.
- Food concessionaires shall be required to comply with Health and Safety Protocols pertaining to food and beverage handling, display, and service.
- There will be marshals to monitor and strictly implement Health and Safety Protocols. Any person who will violate any of our Health and Safety Protocols shall be asked to leave the premises of the Christmas Village.
