The initiative is part of the 2026 Psychological Association of the Philippines Northern Luzon Chapter (PAP-NL) Free Mental Health Consultation Day, organized in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month.

In Baguio City, three mental health service providers will offer free consultations for different age groups. Additional participating providers have also been announced in Pangasinan, Mountain Province, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and La Union.
