14 Examinees from Cordillera Schools Place in Psychometricians Exam Top 10

Excerpt: Four Cordillera schools produced 14 top-ten placers in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination. Saint Louis University also ranked second among schools with at least 300 examinees.

Four Cordillera schools produced 14 examinees who placed in the top ten of the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Nine are from Saint Louis University (SLU), three from Ifugao State University (IFSU), and one each from Benguet State University (BSU) and the University of the Cordilleras (UC). Multiple examinees earned the same rank.

How SLU and BSU performed

SLU was the only Cordillera school listed in PRC’s top-performing-school rankings. It placed second in the category for schools with 300 or more examinees and at least a 95% passing rate. Of SLU’s 355 examinees, 346 passed (97.46%).

BSU also performed well, with 95 of its 97 examinees passing (97.94%). Its 97 examinees met the size requirement for PRC’s 50–99 examinee category, but that category required a 100% passing rate for inclusion in the top-performing list.

BSU was also three examinees short of the 100–299 examinee category, which required at least a 97% passing rate. Its result was strong, but it did not meet the combined examinee-count and passing-rate requirements for either ranking category.

National results and registration

Nationwide, 14,146 out of 15,423 examinees passed, a 91.72% passing rate. PRC released the results on September 23, 2026.

Online registration for Professional Identification Cards and Certificates of Registration begins September 29, 2026. Successful examinees must bring a screenshot of their system-generated registration form and a valid government-issued ID. They must register personally and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
