#WalangPasok: Baguio City Suspends Classes in All Levels and Work in Public Offices

Due to the strong winds and heavy downpour of rain caused by the Southwest Monsoon, Mayor Benjamin Magalong has ordered the suspension of work in offices in the City Government of Baguio, as well as classes in all levels of both private and public institutions, effective at 12:00 PM today, July 28, 2021.

As per Executive Order No. 90-2021, this is to allow workers and employees and workers to go home early for their safety and security. in all local agencies of National Government Offices, not otherwise providing critical emergency services, is also suspended, subject to clearance from their Regional or Central Office.

Suspension of private business establishments and offices shall be at the prerogative of their respective heads of office.
