Vaccination Schedule for Senior Citizens in Baguio from April 21-23




The City Health Services Office of Baguio has released the schedule for the vaccination of seniors and remaining health workers from April 21, 2021 to April 23, 2021.

A2 Priority Group

The A2 priority group includes  the following:

  • Senior Citizens who completed the age of 60 at the time of vaccination and above
  • Institutionalized senior citizens, including those in registered nursing homes
  • All senior citizens, including bedridden senior citizens at home

Pre-registration

Click this link to pre-register: http://forms.gle/XKBKxXSmKNcEgo5K6. There will be no onsite registration so make sure you have pre-registered before going to the venue.

Only those who received a text message from LGU Baguio and belong to category A1 and A2 will be accommodated for vaccination. Save the text message and show it at the Triage Area together with your valid ID.

8:00 AM to 10:00 AM: 2nd Dose Sinovac HSO Staff (bring your own vaccination card)
10:00 AM onwards: Remaining A2 (1st dose) and previously deferred A1




Important Reminders

  • Consult your medical doctor if you have concerns prior to vaccination
  • Bring your ID (Senior and/or PhilHealth)
  • Proceed to your designated vaccination site indicated in this announcement and/or coordinate with your barangay for your transport.
  • Know your height and weight.
  • Drink your scheduled maintenance medicine, eat breakfast and bring water, candy, or biscuit.
  • Wear short sleeves shirt or bakuna blouse
  • If needed, one (1) companion is allowed for senior citizens who entails assistance.
