Sea Conditions and Gale Warnings
Severe sea conditions continue, making sea travel extremely hazardous. Mariners are advised to stay in port.
- Very Rough Seas:
- Up to 4.5 meters in Ilocos Region seaboards and western seaboards of Batanes and Babuyan Islands
- Rough Seas:
- Up to 4.0 meters in Zambales seaboard
- Up to 3.5 meters in remaining Batanes and Babuyan Islands seaboards, and northern seaboard of mainland Cagayan
- Up to 3.0 meters in remaining Cagayan seaboard and Isabela seaboard

Track and Intensity Outlook
Typhoon Marce is expected to continue moving westward and exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by this afternoon or evening. It will continue to weaken in the coming days due to dry air intrusion from the northeasterly wind flow.
Advisory for Residents and Local Authorities
- Evacuate if Necessary: Follow instructions from local officials, especially for those in storm surge-prone and coastal areas.
- Secure Properties: Prepare for lingering strong winds and ensure that any outdoor items are secured.
- Avoid Coastal Areas: Refrain from coastal activities and travel as high waves and storm surge risks remain.
Stay informed through PAGASA updates and local government advisories as Typhoon Marce exits the area. Prioritize safety and remain cautious.
