SLU Tops January 2021 MedTech Licensure Examination
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the result of the January 2021 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination yesterday, February 8, 2021 (Monday).
Two schools topped the said examination which is Saint Louis University (SLU) in Baguio City and Velez College in Cebu City with a 100 percent passing rate.
Fred Lawrence Delantar Samante of St. Scholastica’s College – Tacloban topped the January 2021 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination with a rating of 91.40 percent.
Also, with a rating of 89.60 percent, Angelica Mae Bautista Aguilar of SLU garnered 5th place.

Out of 2,835 examinees, 1,919 successfully passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination. The following are the successful examinees:
Professional Identification Card
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line from March 9-29, 2021.
For the instructions for initial registration for to www.prc.gov.ph.
Requirements
For those who will register, they are required to bring the following:
- Downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Notice of admission (for identification only)
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope
Furthermore, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oathtaking Ceremony
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees of the January 2021 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination will be announced later according to PRC.
