SLU is among the top universities in Asia According to QS World University Rankings

Looks like congratulations are in order as Saint Louis University added another feather to its cap by being among the top universities in Asia. This is after the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Ranking has released its results for 2023.




What is the Quacquarelli Symonds?

Founded in 1990, Quacquarelli Symonds is a British company that specializes in the analysis of higher education institutions worldwide. Among their goals is “Empowering motivated students across the globe to fulfil their potential” through career information and solutions. Since 2004 they are the world’s independent compiler of the QS World Rankings.

Saint Louis University Rankings

Saint Louis University garnered the top 103 ranked University in South-Eastern Asia and number 651-700 in the top 1,500 universities in Asia. In addition, a three star excellency rate was given to Saint Louis University after submitting the required documents which was rated using the QS methodology performance metrics.




Philippines Universities that also ranked

The Philippines higher education is truly flourishing as other Universities from North to South garnered top spots in the Asian and Global Rankings these are the following:

  • University of the Philippines – Rank 412 (Global Rankings), rank 87 (Asian Rankings)
  • Ateneo De Manila University – Rank 651-700 (Global Rankings), rank 134 (Asian Rankings)
  • De La Salle University – Rank 801-1000 (Global Rankings), Rank 171 (Asian Rankings)
  • University of Sto. Tomas – Rank 801-1000 (Global Rankings), Rank 175 (Asian Rankings)
