PLDT: Maintenance of Cable System Completed One Day Ahead of Schedule
PLDT has released a network advisory today, September 29, 2020 (Tuesday), informing the public that the emergency maintenance activities in one of its international cable systems have been completed one day ahead of schedule.
“We are happy to report that maintenance activities on the Asia-America Gateway (AAG) submarine cable has been completed one day ahead of schedule.”

Last week, PLDT announced that it will conduct a five-day emergency maintenance activities of the cable system. The maintenance started on September 26, 2020, and is supposed to be completed tomorrow, September 30, 2020.
