UPDATE June 3, 2026 11:25 AM:
The Tropical Depression “Ulysses” accelerates and slightly intensifies while moving northwestward over the Philippine Sea, based on the latest Severe Weather Bulletin issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) at at 11:00 AM today (Monday), November 9, 2020.
Currently, there is no Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal in effect and Tropical Depression “Ulysses” is not directly causing severe weather over any portion of the country.
However, in anticipation of the onset of strong breeze to near gale conditions associated with “Ulysses”, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 may be raised over some localities in Bicol Region or Eastern Visayas as early as tonight or tomorrow early morning, according to PAGASA.
This update is valid only until the next bulletin which is to be issued by PAGASA at 11:00 PM today. Stay safe everyone!
