The entire province of Benguet is under a Yellow Rainfall Warning as rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat continue to affect Northern Luzon.
PAGASA’s Northern Luzon PAGASA Regional Services Division (NLPRSD) issued Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 26 at 5:00 PM on Monday, August 10, 2026.
The Yellow Rainfall Warning now covers all of Benguet, including Baguio City.
According to PAGASA, flooding and landslides may occur in flood-prone and landslide-prone areas.
Residents, particularly those living near mountain slopes, waterways, low-lying areas, and locations with a history of flooding or landslides, are advised to remain alert and take necessary precautions.
