New cases, recoveries and a fatality recorded in Baguio yesterday

The monitoring report as published by the Baguio City Public information Office has indicated that there were 18 confirmed new active cases, four patients have recovered from the disease and one fatality. The fatality is a 71 years old female patient with co-morbid conditions.

  • 37 years old – Male – resident of Camp 7 – Contact tracing result
  • 10 years old – Female – resident of Camp 7 – Contact tracing result
  • 41 years old – Female – no residence indicated – Contact tracing result

  • 68 years old – Female – resident of Palma-Urbano (Cariño-Palma) – Contact tracing result

Of the new COVID-19 cases in Baguio City recorded yesterday, 13 were discovered through contact tracing, four were Symptomatic and one was known due to the expanded testing. The additional cases brings the total number of active cases in Baguio to 140, the recoveries total to 369 and fatalities 12. The total cases in Baguio City as of yesterday is 521.

As always the public is reminded to always practice the minimum health standards as mandated by the IATF and the local government.
