The entry protocols for La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba and Tublay (LISTT) are to be revised by City Government. According to Lawyer Althea Alberto, executive asst. IV, Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong will issue an executive order containing the new border guidelines.
While as of 9:30 AM today (Thursday), March 4, 2021, the Public Information Office of the City of Baguio has not yet posted the said executive order, the information office has already made mention that the new guidelines will do away with the health certificate/clearance requirement and that it will take effect on Friday, March 5, 2021.
“The measures scheduled to take effect on March 5, 2021 will do away with the health certificate/clearance requirement. Instead, LISTT residents will just be asked to present health declaration forms that can be accomplished either manually or electronically (online).”

It was also revealed that online registration may be done at https://hdf.baguio.gov.ph A portal was created exclusively for the residents of LISTT wherein registrants can get their Quick Response (QR) codes.
