In the 4:00 AM weather advisory of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) today, February 15, 2021 (Monday), most parts of the country will experience rainshowers due to the Tail-end of a Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas, and the Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon.
