May 19, 2021 Vaccination Schedule for Senior Citizens, Health Workers, and Persons with Co-Morbidities in Baguio City
The City’s vaccination drive is currently ongoing and the City Health Services Office (CHSO) has released the new schedule for the A2 and A3 priority groups on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.
Available Vaccines
According to Baguio CHSO, the available vaccines as of the moment are the AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccines.
The A2 priority group includes the following:
- Senior Citizens who completed the age of 60 at the time of vaccination and above
- Institutionalized senior citizens, including those in registered nursing homes
- All senior citizens, including bedridden senior citizens at home
Schedule of Vaccination
Venue: SM B1 Parking (front of UC, Gov. Pack Road)
Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Remaining Senior Citizens (A2) and Persons with Co-morbidities (A3) from Atab Health District receiving the first dose of vaccine:
- Bakakeng Central (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM)
- Sto. Rosario & Sto. Tomas School Area (12:00 NN to 3:00 PM)
- Remaining barangays of Atab
- Remaining Senior Citizens and Persons with Co-morbidities from City Camp District Health Center
Venue: UB Gym
Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Remaining Health Workers and Persons with Co-morbidities receiving the second dose of Sinovac Vaccine
- Senior Citizens and Persons with Co-morbidities from the following Health Districts receiving the first dose of vaccine:
- Atok Trail
- Loakan
- Scout Barrio
- Engineer’s Hill
- Pacdal
- Mines View
Venue: SLS, Inc. (St. Vincent Gym)
Time: 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
- Senior Citizens and Persons with Co-morbidities from the following Health Districts receiving the first dose of vaccine:
- Campo Filipino DHC
- Asin DHC
- Pinsao DHC
- Quezon Hill DHC
- Irisan
Time: 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM
- Remaining Health Workers and Persons with Co-morbidities receiving the second dose of Sinovac Vaccine
Venue: SLU Main Gym (Bonifacio St.)
Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Remaining Health Workers (A1), Senior citizens (A2), and Persons with Co-morbidities (A3) from the following districts receiving the 1st dose of vaccine:
- Lucban DHC
- Aurora Hill DHC
- Quirino Hill DHC
- Remaining Health Workers and Persons with Co-morbidities receiving the second dose of Sinovac Vaccine
Registration

There will be no onsite registration so make sure you have pre-registered before going to the venue.
Important Reminders
- Serving of clients will be per number as follows:
- 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM – 001 to 250
- 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN – 251 to 500
- 12:00 NN to 2:00 PM – 501 to 750
- 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM – 751 and above
- Consult your medical doctor if you have concerns prior to vaccination
- WITH OR WITHOUT TEXT from LGU Baguio, you can register, go to the designated site, and get vaccinated. If you received a text message from Baguio LGU, follow the schedule indicated
- Bring your ID (Senior and/or PhilHealth) as proof that you are a resident of the barangay scheduled for vaccination
- For Person with Comorbidities (A3), bring Medical Certificate
- Proceed to your designated vaccination site indicated in this announcement and/or coordinate with your barangay for your transport.
- Know your height and weight.
- Drink your scheduled maintenance medicine, eat breakfast and bring water, candy, or biscuit.
- Wear short sleeves shirt or bakuna blouse
- If needed, one (1) companion is allowed for senior citizens who entails assistance.
- For those who are receiving the 2nd dose of vaccine, bring your ID and vaccination card
