What to expect from their Hotel Rooms?

Well, admit it or not, before even checking what a room has to offer, your first question would be, “Is there a wifi connection? What’s the password?” So, to not keep you wondering, Yes, there’s a wifi connection for each room in Gestdan Centrum. So you can take IG worthy photos and post it right away!
Some of the rooms have terraces that offer a great view, so it’s really up to you to choose  the right room based your taste.
The rooms are also clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-lit. And if your you’re rather more concerned about your phone’s signal/network reception, worry not, because it will work just fine anywhere within the hotel’s location.
Common hotel room amenities such bath towels, toothbrushes, and small packs of soap, toothpaste, and shampoo are provided. There’s also a cable TV and a landline in each room.
Regarding the bathrooms, there’s a hot shower and hot tap that’s perfect to help you get through the cold weather of Baguio City. So you’ll surely be fine even if you’re not that used to the city’s climate.

The Booking rate for their hotel rooms varies from 2,000 PHP to 7, 000 PHP. The Check in time is 2:00 PM and the Check Out is at 12:00 PM.

Transient Rooms

At most, the biggest transient room can accommodate up to 12 guests, considering bed sharing. The stay in their transient rooms is worth 500 PHP per head.

If you’re in need of a room for seminars and workshops, they have two function rooms that can be used for such. For big events like weddings, pageants, graduation ceremony, and other celebrations, they have the EPI Hall, which can accommodate a maximum of 300 guests.

Conference Rooms

These rooms are usually used for private meetings and other types of gathering.

Apartment and Transients

Located at the basement area of the building are rooms for apartelle and transients. For transient accommodation, bunk beds are provided in each room that could fit up to 100 guests. Each room has its own comfort room and a pantry, where cooking is not allowed.

Commercial Spaces

These are commercial spaces for rent, which are ideal for workspace. Some spaces in the building are currently occupied by Young Tycoons Academy, Greenhills Christian Fellowship, OKS DesignTech Inc., Grace Communion Baguio, Feast Baguio, BellaDerm, SGYC Convenience Store and REassist.
