Earlier today at around 6:40AM the areas of La Trinidad and Baguio City felt tremors brought about by a magnitude 3.8 earthquake. The exact location of the epicenter is at 16.47°N, 120.66°E – 007 km N 76° E of La Trinidad (Benguet).

The origin of the earthquake is tectonic according to the PHIVOLCS earthquake information. The earthquake information also indicated that there are no damages nor aftershocks expected.
