By Filinvest Hospitality breaks ground for Php1B project in Baguio City
Filinvest Hospitality Corporation (FHC) broke ground on a PHP 1 billion (USD 19 Million) hotel investment in Baguio. The hotel is located on a 5,700 sqm leased plot inside Camp John Hay.
The 25-year lease agreement is with Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC).
The full-service hotel will feature 240 keys amidst open spaces and natural landscaping, three outlets, a spa, and meeting facilities. The hotel is slated to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2024 and will be operated by the FHC affiliate Chroma Hospitality (CHI) under the Grafik Hotels and Resorts brand.
Grafik Baguio will be sustainable development and built according to global best practices in line with the EDGE Green Building Program of the International Finance Corp (IFC).
