FDA Warns Public Not to Use the Following Unregistered Drug Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) – Philippines has released different advisories warning the public from purchasing and using unregistered drug products.

Here’s then list of unregistered food products released by the FDA:
It was verified through the FDA Post-Marketing Surveillance that the following drug products:

Have not gone through the registration process of the Agency
Have not been issued with proper authorization in the form of Certificate of Product Registration.

Furthermore, FDA cannot guarantee its quality, safety, and efficacy.

importation
exportation
sale
offering for sale
distribution
transfer
promotion
advertising or sponsorship of health products

Report Sale/Distribution

To report any sale or distribution of unregistered drug products, report through the online reporting facility eReport.
