Benguet Provincial Governor Melchor Diclas, during the IATF meeting held earlier today (Monday), February 1, 2021, has told the municipal mayors to be compassionate with the people in implementing border checks without compromising health protocols.
Thus, as approved by the Provincial IATF, only health declaration forms will be required for inter-municipal travel. For APORs, on the other hand, only IDs will be required, except when traveling to the City of Baguio where medical certificate and ID are required.

Governor’s Office of the Province of Benguet has also released an advisory earlier today (Monday), February 1, 2021, regarding travel requirements for inbound and outbound travel during the period of GCQ. Included in the said advisory are the requirements for travel across municipalities.
