In the 4:00 PM forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) today, March 4, 2021 (Thursday), the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will be affecting Nothern Luzon while the Easterlies will be affecting eastern sections of Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao
Due to the Easterlies, cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over these areas and possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains:
While the following will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to easterlies / localized thunderstorms and possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to severe thunderstorms:
The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in these places:
Furthermore, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced in these areas caused by the northeast monsoon:
Also, the Eastern section of the country will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas. And, in the rest of the country light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will be experienced.
