DTI Warns Consumers vs. Unlabelled Danes Cheese Products

 

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) warned the consumer public against unlabelled cheese products of Danes that are currently being sold online.

According to the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB), unlabelled Danes Cheese Blocks, Slices, and Spreads are being sold online, specifically on Facebook Marketplace. DTI-CPG has identified these products as fake and consumers should be wary of these products circulating online.

 

Authentic Danes Cheese products are sold in bottles, plastic pouches, and boxes with legible expiration date indicated on the pack.
