By Baguio City to Open Vaccine Registration for Ages 12-14

The City of Baguio has announced that residents aged 12-14 can start registering for vaccination starting Friday, October 22, 2021.
According to Mayor Magalong through the Public Information Office on Monday, the registration is to prepare for the roll-out of the vaccination for the juvenile group come November.
The city has also recently opened registration for minors aged 15 to 17 years old.

How to Register
- Vaccinees can register at the Baguio Inoculation Digitalize App (BIDA) by going to this site: https://bakuna.baguio.gov.ph/
- Click on Pre-registration
- Personal details
- Category Information
- Address Information
- Clinical Information
- Fill up the form correctly with the following:
- Verify if your details are correct
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Click Submit
NOTE: Take note of your birthdate or Mobile Number as these will be used to access your QR code.
