The opening ceremony for Baguio City’s 107th Charter Anniversary was launched last Monday, August 22, 2016, at the Baguio City Hall Grounds. The Baguio Charter Day schedule of events, as prepared by the City Tourism’s Office, presents various activities for the people of Baguio, ranging from sports and skills tournaments, parades, to exhibits and the annual pageant, The activities will run from August 22 to October 2, 2016. The activities revolve around this year’s theme, “Fostering Meaningful Change through Synergy and Cooperation.” See image below for the schedule of events.
In addition to the events above, a Pokemon Go Lure Party will also take place on September 1 along the whole stretch of Session Road on the 1st of September, simultaneous with the main events that will take place at Upper Session Road.
