Another COVID-19 Case Recorded today in Baguio City

Aside from the one case recorded earlier this morning, another case has been added to the COVID-19 tally of Baguio City. The patient is a 42-year old male residing in Aurora Hill. He reportedly had symptoms of COVID-19. With the addition of this new case, the total infected persons in Baguio City is now at 67. This case also brings the total active cases in Baguio City to 17 (corrected according to the latest tally as of July 24, 2020 3:00 PM).

It is because of the rising cases of COVID-19 patients in Baguio City, that the Mayor has implemented several measures, such as the cleaning of the Baguio Public Market, the redeployment of Barangay checkpoints.

In addition, City Mayor Benjamin Magalong reminded the public specifically the residents of Baguio City to observe the health and quarantine protocols.
