7 New COVID-19 Cases Recorded in Baguio City Today

UPDATE June 10, 2026 11:43 AM:

Seven (7) new patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 were recorded in the City of Baguio today, August 2, 2020.

According to the Department of Health – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CAR), ten (10) cases have been recorded for today’s COVID-19 regional update. This includes the 3 cases that were reported by the city yesterday that didn’t include the 12:00 PM cutoff. The Public Information Office of Baguio City has also disclosed the places of residence of the seven patients for contact tracing purposes.

New COVID-19 Cases in Baguio City

Here are the details on the 7 new cases in Baguio City:

  • 37-year old female from Ferguson Road;
  • 49-year old female from Barangay Queen of Peace;
  • 70-year old female from Barangay Queen of Peace;
  • 60-year old female from Barangay Queen of Peace;
  • 78-year old male from Barangay Queen of Peace;
  • 45-year old males from Barangay Queen of Peace;
  • 7-year old girl from Bakakeng Norte/Sur

According to PIO-Baguio, six of the new patients are contacts of an active case.

COVID-19 Cases in Baguio City

The 7 new cases raise the city’s total number of confirmed cases to 115. 57 of which are currently active, 55 are recovered, and 3 have died from the disease.
