Viva Magenta is the 2023 Pantone Color of the year

Viva Magenta or Pantone 18-1750 is the 2023 color of the year, the announcement was made by Leatrice Eiseman, the Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute. According to her, Viva Magenta is an “expressive new signal of strength”.

Viva Magenta is an expression of a rebellious spirit that is brave and fearless. Viva Magenta draws its inspiration from what is natural and real. This is because this color came from the red family and inspired by the red cochineal, which is considered as one of the most precious dyes that belongs to the natural dye family. It is also considered as one of the strongest and brightest the world has ever known.
