Vaccination Schedule for Senior Citizens, Health Workers, and Persons with Co-Morbidities on May 12, 2021





The City’s vaccination drive is currently ongoing and the City Health Services Office (CHSO) has released the new schedule for the A2 priority group on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.





 

Available Vaccines

According to Baguio CHSO, the available vaccines as of the moment are the AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccines.

Who will be vaccinated?

The following groups will be given the vaccine during the said schedule:

  • Senior Citizens (A2) with residence belonging to the City Camp District Health Center:
    • Lower Rock Quarry
    • Upper Rock Quarry
    • Middle Rock Quarry
    • Dominador Hill
    • Other Senior Citizens of City Camp Health District
  • Senior Citizens (A2) with residence belonging to the Atab District Health Center:
    • Bakakeng Norte
    • SLU-SVP Housing Village
    • Dontogan
  • Senior Citizens (A2) with residence belonging to the Mines View District Health Center:
    • Gibraltar
    • Lucnab
    • Mines View Park
    • Outlook Drive
    • Pucsusan
  • Senior Citizens (A2) with residence belonging to the Quezon Hill District Health Center:
    • Middle Quezon Hill
    • Quezon Hill Proper
    • Upper Quezon Hill
  • Remaining Senior Citizens (A2) belonging to the following health districts:
    • Aurora Hill
    • Quirino Hill
    • Asin
    • Campo Filipino
    • Pinsao
    • Atok
    • Loakan
  • Remaining Health Workers (A1) receiving the first dose of vaccine
  • Health Workers (A1) and Persons with Co-morbidities (A3) receiving the 2nd dose of Sinovac vaccine

Important Note:

The A2 priority group includes the following:

  • Senior Citizens who completed the age of 60 at the time of vaccination and above
  • Institutionalized senior citizens, including those in registered nursing homes
  • All senior citizens, including bedridden senior citizens at home

Venue: SM B1 Parking

It is located at B1 Parking, Annex Building, entrance in front of UC (Gov. Park Road).

Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Mines View Health District

Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Gibraltar
  • Lucnab
  • Minesview Park
  • Outlook Drive
  • Pucsusan

Venue: SLS Inc. (St. Vincent Gym)

Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Quezon Hill Health District

  • Middle Quezon Hill (Morning)
  • Quezon Hill Proper (Afternoon)
  • Upper Quezon Hill (Afternoon)

Venue: SLU Gym (Bonifacio St.)

Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • 2nd dose AstraZeneca (scheduled on May 6, 7, 11, and 12)
  • Remaining health workers (A1) and persons with comorbidities (A3) receiving the 2nd dose of Sinovac vaccine
  • Remaining health workers (A1) and Senior citizens (A2) from the following districts receiving the 1st dose of vaccine:
    • Aurora Hill DHC
    • Quirino Hilll DHC
    • Asin DHC
    • Campo Filipino DHC
    • Pinsao DHC
    • Atok DHC
    • Loakan DHC

Registration

There will be no onsite registration so make sure you have pre-registered before going to the venue.




Important Reminders

  • Consult your medical doctor if you have concerns prior to vaccination
  • WITH OR WITHOUT TEXT from LGU Baguio, you can register, go to the designated site, and get vaccinated
  • Bring your ID (Senior and/or PhilHealth) as proof that you are a resident of the barangay scheduled for vaccination
  • Proceed to your designated vaccination site indicated in this announcement and/or coordinate with your barangay for your transport.
  • Know your height and weight.
  • Drink your scheduled maintenance medicine, eat breakfast and bring water, candy, or biscuit.
  • Wear short sleeves shirt or bakuna blouse
  • If needed, one (1) companion is allowed for senior citizens who entails assistance.
