UB Hailed Top Performing School, 2 Louisians Rank 3rd and 9th in March 2022 MedTech Licensure Exams
Two Baguio universities have yet again proven excellence in the field of Medical Technology by earning top spots in the recently held licensure examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the list of successful examinees for the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination on Wednesday. The exam was held this March 2022 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Out of the 2,752 examinees, 1,268 emerged successful in the licensure examinations for Medical Technologists.
Top Performing Schools in the March 2022 MedTech Licensure Exams
The University of Baguio is the only university with 50 or more examinees that garnered at least 80% passing percentage. Out of 101 examinees from UB, 83 passed, earning the school an 82.18% passing percentage.
Saint Louis University also continues to excel alongside UB with two Louisians bringing home two topnotcher spots. Christian Jake Empeso Palgue secured the third highest-ranking with an 88.40% rating, while Mira Kristal Cardenas Reniedo ranked 9th after scoring 86.40% in the examinations.
