SLU, UC and Abra Valley Colleges excel in 2020/2021 Bar Exams
Three schools in the Cordillera region gave a strong performance during the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations. Saint Louis University, University of the Cordilleras, and Abra Valley Colleges all have added a feather to their Law school cap so to speak. Here are the achievements of each of the schools.
Saint Louis University Top-Performing School
Saint Louis University ranks number 1 in the Top-performing law schools under category 2 with 51-100 first-time bar takers. For a better understanding of the list of the top-performing law schools for the 2020/2021 Bar examinations, one should note that the top-performing law schools were categorized into two and then further sub-categorized into 4 categories.
The 2 categories are top-performing law schools that only included the first-time bar takers and the other category included all candidates (first-time bar takers and retakers).
Saint Louis University ranks number 1 in the list of top-performing schools with 51-100 first-time bar exam takers. Out of the 75 Bar examinees from Saint Louis University, 74 passed the bar exams.

University of the Cordilleras
The University of the Cordilleras (Formerly known as the Baguio Colleges Foundation) continued it’s excellent performance of producing topnotchers in the Bar Exams. Atty. Stephanie Mae Domingo a graduate of the said school of law is included in the list of Successful examinees with Excellent Performance. According to the Supreme Court announcement through the Bar Examination Chairman, Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, examinees with excellent performance are those that garnered a grade/score of 91% and above. This list replaced the traditional top 10 Bar Examinees. The difference in this list is that it is arranged alphabetically and not ranked according to the scores they got. There is a total of 14 examinees who were included in this list. The list is as follows:
Abra Valley College
Abra Valley College ranked first in the list of top-performing schools both in the first-timer and all candidates category with 10 or fewer examinees. This gives Abra Valley College a record of 100% percentage of passers for both categories.
