Saint Louis University (SLU) announced on October 22, 2025 that all classes across all levels, from Basic Education to Graduate Schools, will shift to synchronous online sessions from October 23 to 25, 2025 (Thursday to Saturday) in response to the rising number of influenza cases.

According to the university’s advisory issued on Tuesday, the temporary shift aims to safeguard the health and well-being of students and faculty members. Face-to-face classes are scheduled to resume on October 27, 2025 (Monday).

Meanwhile, non-teaching personnel will continue reporting to their respective offices on campus while observing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

SLU’s Health Services Unit (HSU) will remain open for medical consultations and check-ups throughout the adjustment period. Students may also avail of free vitamins from the HSU through their respective School Assemblies.
