Screening Facility Opens at Camp John Hay




Camp John Hay Leisure, Inc. has decided to use CAP-John Hay Trade and Cultural Center as a Screening Facility to assist the Local Government in easing the volume of testing at the Baguio Convention Center.

The screening facility will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, daily. It will cater to guests who will need to undergo triage who will be visiting the City.


The facility aims the interview and validation of the health declaration forms of tourists and ensures that all pre-registration requirements are complied with:

  • Conduct PCR testing and/or rapid Antigen test
  • Provide tourist assistance which includes but not limited to tour arrangements, booking accommodations, and the like
  • Provide a hotel-based service to ensure the comfort and convenience of tourists by rendering services such as grab and go meals and comfortable waiting areas.

Screening Facility Guidelines

Here are the Screening Facility Guidelines:

Step 1

Register at the Registration Area

Step 2

Present online registration form from http://visita.baguio.gov.ph/

Step 3

  1. For those with RT-PCR test or Antigen Test within the last 72 hrs prior to entry in the City:
    • Proceed to Physician on Duty for clearance
      Note: If you are advised a “Need further assessment” proceed to Step 4
    • Proceed to pre-booked accommodation
  2. To those without RT-PCR test or Antigen Test
    • Continue at Step 4

Step 4

Pay the testing fee at the Registration Area

Step 5

Proceed to Testing Area for Antigen Testing

Step 6

Proceed to the Waiting Area for the result

Step 7

  1. If you got a Negative Result, proceed to pre-booked accommodation
  2. If it is a Positive Result, you will be assisted in the Isolation Area
